Patrick Labanowski joined Innovation Ads on October 6th, 2008 as our new Vice President of Finance. PJ is responsible for all fiscal management of IA's operations and reports directly to Rick Stewart, CFO.

P.J. brings more than 15 years of financial management, business process re-engineering and project management experience to Innovation Ads. Prior to joining Innovation Ads, P.J. served as Vice President of Royalties (Compliance and New Media) at Warner Music Group where he implemented process disciplines and created management analytics, which resulted in the removal of a financial material weakness. Before joining Warner Music, P.J. spent 5 years at Starwood Hotels and Resorts where he held financial positions and received his Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to his tenure at Starwood Hotels, P.J. has had career experiences at Siemens Business Services, Gartner Group, IBM and Ethan Allen.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Marist College and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pace University. P.J. will be based at Innovation Ads headquarters in New York, NY and he and his family reside in the Hudson Valley.
