422 Group has released its newest version of the Continuum 422 CRM, "a constituent relationship management product for colleges which incorporates enrollment management analytics, electronic campaign and event management capabilities, as well as adaptive workflow rules to automate and personalize interaction with constituencies," according to an article on TMCNet.
What the Continuum CRM allows administrators and staff in higher education to effectively model outcomes of enrollment related to admissions and retention. It also allows these models to be incorporated into communication and workflow, so colleges and universities can tailor their interaction with students on a one-to-one basis.
This new version of the CRM takes the logical next step of going beyond metrics and analytics, and intergrates these into the actual university system of student admission, interaction, and retention. Both students and staff will benefit from the improved communication and management, while the Microsoft Dynamics platform garners more attention.
