Innovation Ads Unveils "ESP": the Enrollment Solutions Platform

Innovationads.com, a multi-channel direct response marketing agency, specializing in Comprehensive Enrollment Management Solutions for colleges and universities, today announced the release of "ESP", the Enrollment Solutions Platform. ESP is a unique platform that builds on the idea of the "CRM" or Customer Relations Management, by combining multi-channel lead generation capacities with an academic advising center, and a technological hub that tracks students from the first interaction, all the way through graduation.

The follow-up process is handled by The Academic Advising Center, TAAC. TAAC is staffed with enrollment specialists that initiate and field phone calls to and from prospective students, in order to help interested students to select appropriate programs of study.

The process is choreographed by MIND (Multi-channel INteractive marketing Database), a proprietary technology that tracks and organizes the student response that each campaign generates.
